Cancellations: Your deposit, less a $75 service fee, is refundable if you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival date. No refund will be given for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date. BWCA and Quetico permit fees must be paid at the time of the reservation and are not refundable. Permits: Unless you notify us otherwise, we will be happy to make all necessary arrangements for your permits with the U.S. or Canadian officials as soon as we receive your reservation.
