The lodging you choose before or after your trip can be as important as the canoe or pack you use on the trail. We have available the "best of both worlds" at Outdoor Adventure, only 3 1/2 miles from town yet on a beautiful lake conveniently located to most BWCAW entry points.

Enjoy our 12 plus acres, naturally sandy beach, picnic tables and fire ring. We also offer canoes at no charge to practice paddling the afternoon or evening before your trip. The bunk houses, lodge rooms, and cabins are roomy and super clean so you can finish packing or just relax. The lodge is always open and the coffee pot on.

When comparing with other outfitters, remember, your lodging the night before your fully (and most partially) outfitted trip, and your full hot breakfast, is always FREE.

We can accommodate very large groups and can arrange for extended stays of a couple days to a few weeks. You will remember the awesome view from our lodge deck just as well as the wilderness scenery from your campsite.
